Alongside a Construction Loan Application, we provide plans, specifications, and a budget to the lender.
Construction Kick Off
Review the construction timelines, important dates, selections, and walk-throughs. This meeting is the official start of construction.
Selections
Using Co-construct, clients/owners make all the millwork, door, surface, cabinetry, plumbing fixture, light fixture, hardware, appliance, pain, fencing and landscaping selections. We’ll accompany you to our supplier showrooms and guide you in that process.
Walk-Throughs
Participate in the placement of plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, millwork, fencing, decks and flatwork.
Inspections / Punchlist
Upon completion of the home, you may elect to perform a Professional Home Inspection. Correction of any flaws or defects will be mutually agreed upon and completed prior to closing.
New Home Orientation and Homeowner’s Manual
We conduct a thorough Orientation of your home’s systems, appliances, and features, including all Energy Efficient and Healthy Living attributes. We also discuss the Care and Maintenance of your new home.
Closing / Keys
Receive possession upon completion and final draw disbursement.
Warranty / Customer Care
3, 13, and 23 month Customer Service visits are scheduled to address any construction flaws that arise during the 2-year Warranty.
